Need a Social Life - try Meetups

Need a social life that doesn't include spending much money or hanging out in bars? Then you need to look at http://www.meetup.com/ They say "you have an interest, find a local group about it, meet with people who share your interest."

They stretch the imagination with some groups but it can be as normal as Knitting Club or a Book Club. See what's available near you. I enjoy my Dining Out Group so much I started a Scrabble Meetup since I really love to play.
